I have written and illustrated 90 children's books, with about 9 million copies sold worldwide. My most successful book has been "How Do I Love You?" which has sold two million copies. Other popular titles of mine include, "I'm Thankful Each Day!", "That's What A Friend Is!" and "Heartprints."

I have just written my first book for adults, called "A Life That Matters: Five Steps to Making A Difference." It will be available in April 2012.

Also, I have been a Christian Pastor for the past 15 years and have my own small church, Joy Chapel Christian Fellowship, in downtown Ashland.
School Story:

My favorite memory is when my brother Mike and I, along with Mike Masin and a couple of other guys, went up on the hill behind Taft one dark Friday night and carved a huge T in the dirt with some shovels! That T stayed up there for about the next 20 years!
